Roach Plumbing & Heating, a second-generation plumbing company, was established by Lal Roach in 1962, who retired in 1975.
James Roach, Sr. took up the reins, making Roach Plumbing & Heating a third-generation plumbing company in 1978. His brother Louis joined him in 1981.
Ricky Johnson, our administrative assistant, joined Roach Plumbing & Heating in 2014.
Our first generation of plumbers established themselves as West End Plumbing Co. The company was owned by Louis Roach. His helper's name was Mr. Brow, and the horse's name was Ro-Hoe.
